Face Yoga
Face yoga is an innovative method that combines exercises, acupressure, relaxation, and massage for both health and esthetic benefits.
A 2018 research study was done by Dr. Alam of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine that showed 20 weeks of Face Yoga resulted in firmer skin, upper, and lower cheeks, with a more vibrant, youthful appearance.
I am honored and thrilled to be your instructor! My intentions are to guide you through a fun & interesting class resulting with a solid knowledge of Face Yoga and the confidence to engage in a dedicated self practice.
My background includes 20+ years of being an RN with health education experience, 12 years as a licensed esthetician and skincare expert, 17 years as a yoga instructor, 25+ years teaching group fitness classes, and 17 years as a former licensed massage therapist. I am so excited to share my special gifts and unique talents to improve your health and enhance your gifted features!
