Face yoga is an innovative class that combines exercises, acupressure,

relaxation, and massage for both health and esthetic benefits. A 2018

research study was done by Dr. Alam of Northwestern University

Feinberg School of Medicine that showed 20 weeks of Face Yoga resulted in firmer skin, upper,and lower cheeks, with a more vibrant, youthful appearance. Classes can be offered in a varietyof ways from a single class, to a series, on going, and private sessions.
