Policies

•  A 48-hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid a 50%  service fee charge for facials and classes. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee. Arriving late will cut into your treatment time.  Doors close 5 minutes for virtual classes after their start time, and the class will be deducted from packages.  The payment will be lost with no refund or credit.  

•  I must receive your consultation form before your appointment. Please fill it out and send it back to me as soon as possible.

•  A $100 deposit is needed to secure bookings for event parties at the time of the booking.   A one-week cancellation notice is needed to avoid loss of the deposit.

• Locations outside of a 10-mile radius from the home office are subject to additional travel fees. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.
