Policies

•  A 48 hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid a 50%  service fee charge for facials and classes.  Cancellations done within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee.  

•  I must receive your consultation form prior to your appointment. Please fill it out and send it back to me as soon as possible.

•  A 30% deposit is needed to secure appointments for event parties at the time of the booking.   A one week cancellation notice is needed to avoid loss of the deposit.

• Locations outside of a 10 mile radius from the home office are subject to additional travel fees. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.
