Policies

•  A 48 hour cancellation notice is needed to avoid a 50%  service fee charge for facials and classes.  Cancellations done within 24 hours will be charged the full service fee. Doors close 5 minutes for virtual classes and ten minutes for live after their start time.  Please note if this tardiness occurs, the class will be deducted from packages, payments will be lost with no refund or credit.  

•  I must receive your consultation form prior to your appointment. Please fill it out and send it back to me as soon as possible.

•  A $200 deposit is needed to secure appointments for event parties at the time of the booking.   A one week cancellation notice is needed to avoid loss of the deposit.

• Locations outside of a 10 mile radius from the home office are subject to additional travel fees. This will be discussed at the time of your booking.
