Ease & Flow Yoga
A gentle, welcoming practice designed to help you move more freely, release tension, and feel better in your body.

Geraldine believes radiant skin and overall well-being are supported through thoughtful self-care practices, including body movement and stress reduction. This philosophy inspired her to offer both body yoga and face yoga as part of her wellness services.

Geraldine received her 200-hour yoga certification from the Kriya Temple in Chicago in 2005 and brings over two decades of experience teaching movement and wellness classes. She has taught at The Peninsula Hotel Chicago, Chicago Athletic Clubs, The Woman’s Athletic Club, Advocate Masonic Health & Wellness Center, and was a guest instructor at Pura Vida Retreat & Spa in Costa Rica.

Her teaching style is a gentle, relaxed flow that creates more space in the body, eases muscle tension, and promotes calm and well-being. Classes welcome all levels and can also be adapted for chair-based or accessible yoga.

Virtual  Restorative Yoga Class on Zoom Tuesdays 10-10:45 AM EDT $50 for the month.  $15 drop-in
