Reclaiming Your Rhythm This Fall đ
Hello Beautiful Souls!Â
đ As children return to school and summer begins to wind down, September offers a beautiful invitation to come back to yourselfâyour routines, your energy, and the practices that help you feel vibrant. This month, letâs explore two very different approaches to softening the â11â lines between the eyebrows, also known as the glabellar lines. Botox temporarily reduces activity in the targeted muscles by interrupting communication between the nerves and muscles. Because the effects gradually wear off, maintaining the results requires returning for additional treatments.
đ Face yoga works differently. It combines intentional muscle contractions with relaxation, self-massage, and greater awareness of the expressions and tension we hold throughout the day. With consistent practice, face yoga can encourage circulation, release facial and jaw tension, support skin elasticity, help decrease the appearance of puffiness around the eyes, and give the face a more awake, balanced, and vibrant appearance. For me, morning face yoga feels like a little cup of coffee for my face!
⨠Face yoga is more than something you receiveâit is a skill you learn and carry into your daily life. Weekly group classes are only $44 per month, while a personalized 80-minute private Zoom session is $125. A private session lets us explore your facial muscles, patterns, and technique, while weekly classes provide the consistency that helps the practice become truly embodied. This fall, coming back to you may mean choosing a practice that helps you feel refreshed, connected, and actively involved in your own well-being.
đ To celebrate, anyone who books a facial during the month of September will receive a complimentary facial ice globeâa refreshing addition to your home skincare ritual that can help soothe and cool the skin after chilling it in the refrigerator.
I look forward to sharing these new techniques with you and helping you reveal your healthiest, most radiant glow!
