Keeping Fit New York Style! (part3)

New York is a haven for results driven fitness classes. A large part of this is due to many local residents being celebrities and models. In my opinion, the classes are meeting and excelling the demands of the community. With that said I decided to try a barre class on the trendy and chic 57th Street at Physique 57. I was not disappointed! The studio excelled in coustomer service, provided a friendly atmosphere, and most of all the motivating teachers!

When I signed up for class as a new student I received a welcoming confirmation email from Victoria. She confirmed arrival time, what to wear, location, and contact information. This was helpful information and also conveyed a sense of business accountability. Upon my arrival to the studio I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff Victoria and Suzy. They made me feel welcomed, provided a friendly environment, and were open to any questions that I might have. The customer service was top notch and the instructors were amazing!

I was fortunate to take two mixed classes from two different instructors. One was Leah Tibbs from Birmingham, Alabama who studied at The Alabama School of Fine Arts. The other

instructor was Morgan Bontz hailing from Houston Texas with a BFA in Dance from Marymount Manhattan College. Both of these women had enthusiasm that was contagious! These lovely ladies showed passion, knowledge of anatomy, a remarkable sense of kinesthetic awareness, and cueing that was easy to follow. Leah & Morgan are also role models. They looked healthy and vibrant. They are not just talking the talk, they are walking the walk being a source of inspiration to everyone who enters into the studio. Good job ladies! ; )

I am blessed to have the opportunity to take classes at Physique 57! My experience was an effective class that firmed up my entire body and increased my energy level! Thank you Physique 57 for keeping my body healthy, lean, and strong!
